Unlock Your Earth-Moving Potential

Construction is underway, and the Stibnite Gold Project is advancing toward operations—creating one of the most significant workforce buildouts in the region. We are assembling a team of skilled professionals to support both construction and long‑term operations.

Career opportunities span mining, engineering, environmental science, logistics, safety, and administration, with roles based at our Boise headquarters, the Stibnite site, the logistics center outside of Cascade, and our Donnelly office.

People & Culture

Perpetua’s team includes geologists, equipment operators, environmental scientists, safety professionals, community liaisons, and more. What connects them is a shared commitment to doing work that truly benefits the land and communities of real Idahoans. Here’s what that looks like from the inside.

Belinda Provancher

Community Relations Manager

Belinda connects Perpetua’s work with the communities around it. Her work is grounded in relationships, trust, and a genuine commitment to showing up.

It is exciting that we, as Perpetua, get to provide that critical mineral for our national security. It’s exciting to be at the leading edge of what that looks like.

Jacob Felton

Field Technician

Jacob is responsible for running and maintaining machinery at the Stibnite site. Raised in Idaho, he takes pride in supporting local communities and doing hands-on work that contributes to the state’s future.

In the smaller towns, mining offers a lot of the younger generation good opportunity for good jobs. If you work hard and put your mind to it, you can do anything.

Travis Walker

Project Director

Travis brings over 20 years of mining experience to Perpetua. He joined the team to be part of work that aligns with his values—doing the job right and leaving the environment better than he found it.

As a third generation miner that grew up in a small mining community, I think the focus is responsible mining.
